Research Idea: English Teachers’ Identities in Islamic Schools

It must be interesting to investigate how English teachers’ identities are constructed in certain Islamic schools using post-structuralist perspective. The teachers in such these schools should negotiate a dilemma; teaching Islamic values in one hand, and integrating “alien” western cultures in another hand, in their teaching practices.
